JOB DESCRIPTIONHandle employee complaints and respond to employee questions or escalations.
Track the status of disciplinary/administrative cases and labor cases.
Review and approve all disciplinary actions, including written reprimands, suspensions, pay sanctions, and terminations.
Prepare and review memoranda (show cause memos, notices, incident reports, etc.) to comply with the administrative due process.
Conducts investigations of workplace violations and administers a progressive disciplinary policy and procedure.
Highly capable of handling administrative, labor issues, NLRC, and SENA cases.
Issuing NTE and NODS, and conducting administrative hearings.
Ensures compliance with all legal/regulatory policies and requirements.
Ensure fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings.

Provide counsel and advice regarding performance management and disciplineMaintains neat and orderly files of all employee discipline information and ensures confidentialityDevelop and communicate positive employee relation strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.

Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
Conduct exit management for resigned and terminated employees.
Monitor completion of clearance processing of separated employees.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
