WHAT IS A/AN META PAID ADS SPECIALIST?

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and optimising advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, primarily Meta, for our diverse clientele.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Plan, develop, implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Meta ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that align with client objectives, while remaining mindful of budget constraints.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights from data to optimize spend and improve client campaign performance.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports on campaign outcomes, translating complex data into actionable insights and understandable results for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies to drive innovation within our agency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in paid social media advertising, particularly Meta ads.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • A keen eye for spotting trends and deriving key insights from data.
