We are looking for Finance/Accounting Managers to be part of the top BPOs/Global Shared Services in the Philippines.

RTR Operations Sr/Manager

-Must have at least 6-7 years handling the overall RTR operations in a Global Shared Services/BPO industry
-Must have experience supporting global clients/entities
-Must have experience in Automation/Digitization
-Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
-Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong on a graveyard shift

OTC Operations Manager (Senior Level)

-15+ years' experience in a global financial services industry and 12 of these in an OTC operations leadership role
-Demonstrated experience leading a large workforce and managing global, high-volume finance operations delivery teams
-Experience in operations management, billing and accounting process training, quality assurance, automation tools, and implementation of operating models driving process standardization
-Understanding of key finance and cash metrics and associated performance indicators
-Experience and knowledge of financial reporting standards
-Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
-Willing to work in Taguig on a graveyard shift

Sr Finance Manager

-Must have experience supporting global clients/entities
-Current scope includes procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury and tax, and financial planning & analysis
-Experience in setting up shared services handling finance operations is required
-Willing to start in July or August this year
-Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong on a day shift

Accounting Manager

-Must have at least 2 years in managing finance operations
-Preferably from a Tech/Retail industry
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
-Willing to work onsite in Quiapo, Manila on a day shift
