Position Summary:

The position is responsible for coordination, receipt, distribution and maintenance of company assets utilized for both work at home and on-site employees. Position will perform other duties as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience

Overall Responsibilities:

Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets)Tagging and scanning of new delivered goods / monitored assetsIssuance of items delivered to requestor or end usersMonitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated dailyMaintains record of all issued asset/items whether consumable items, or capitalize expensesRetrieving of procurement references of each items for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processingConducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the companyChecking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposesMay be assigned to different sites as neededJob Requirements:4 year degree any programMinimum 1 year work experienceBasic mathematical knowledge and reasoning.Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, and common practices used in facility preparation including custodial work; setting work priorities; interpreting written oral instructions.Subject to call-in for work during special events including evenings and weekendsDetail oriented and self motivated
