We're expanding our E-Commerce and Web Marketing team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.

We're currently looking for a Global Web Marketing SEO Manager who will monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, content recommendations & implementation, and handle all forms of communications.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, Analyze, and Report on SEO Performance

  • Set goals and forecasts. You'll work with the leadership team and key stakeholders to translate company goals into departmental targets and forecasts and then work with the SEO team to ensure we hit those numbers.
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.

Content Recommendations & Implementation

  • Conduct content gap analyses and develop content creation strategies/roadmaps.
  • Stay abreast of top trends, best practices, and algorithms to develop results-driven strategies continually
  • Work with SEO, Blog, Web, and Product Marketing teams to publish blog content and apply SEO best practices for site navigation, breadcrumbing, internal links (including anchor text optimization), and HTML sitemaps to websites.
  • Define the vision for content for SEO, the SEO strategy, and the roadmap of work to be done to obtain rankings.

Communications

  • Clearly convey campaign progress, priorities, issues, concerns, new strategy ideas, etc. to coworkers and stakeholders from the US and countries.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with web engineers and developers to execute key SEO initiatives for the US and International audience
  • Coordinate the SEO team for optimizing for RingCentral features and capabilities based on the Product Marketing team's priorities
  • Understand each choice's costs (level of effort) and benefits (return on investment) to prioritize SEO efforts.
  • Communicating with larger teams to empower independent decision-making in support of SEO.
  • Convey complex SEO concepts using simple language that non-SEOs understand.
  • Understand the business model, history, and how decisions are made before making recommendations and decisions concerning SEO.
  • Create a space for the SEO team that empowers them to make decisions and communicate with stakeholders across the RingCentral organization.
  • Listen to other teams and key stakeholders, be a great storyteller supporting SEO, and understand which levers to pull with which person to lead without direct authority.
  • Exert optimism, empathy, and emotional intelligence to inspire the SEO team while leading with a clear vision and a sense of purpose while creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
