We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Technology Services Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates strategy and leads the implementation of SEO, accessibility, website standards and tracking
  • Provides guidance to team in dealing with clients who seek advice on strategy and implementation plan
  • Lead team analysts in delivering regular reporting and insights ad hoc analytics tag management and on-site testing capabilities
  • Design and manage advanced analytical solutions through data-driven insights related to navigation behaviors, website usability data traffic patterns and key site traffic acquisition funnels.
  • Provides recommendation with the use of conversion optimisation techniques to increase conversion and reduce transaction abandonment within the website
  • Lead website traffic and competitive analysis (shows correlation of search ranking with web MI) to drive future SEO and SEM strategy

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in website optimisation and web analytics field
  • Knowledgeable in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, WCAG 2.1 and other website standards (W3C)
  • Proficiency in website quality and SEO tools such as Sitebeam, Google and Bing Webmaster tools, Ahrefs, Semrush and other external tools
  • Perceived as a Subject Matter Expert in Google Analytics Adobe/Adobe Analytics or other Tag Management Platforms and large-scale A/B and Multivariate testing tools
  • Proficiency in various ad platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Twitter or YouTube will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools including Analytics Target DTM and Audience Manager
  • Skilled in managing cookie audits in compliance to GDPR standards

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
