Job Description

As a SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing digital work fronts including web development, email, organic and paid search, and social media activities. You will work closely with the marketing team in a collaborative environment where clear communication will help drive results.

SEO:

Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to our products and target audience.Optimize website content, including product pages, category pages, and blog posts, to improve organic search rankings.Implement on-page SEO techniques, such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to enhance website visibility.Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.SEM:Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to maximize ad relevance and performance.Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust bidding strategies to optimize ROI.Identify opportunities for expanding and refining SEM efforts to effectively reach target audiences.Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on SEO and SEM performance, including key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.Provide insights and actionable recommendations to inform future SEO/SEM strategies and campaigns.Forge Your Future: Key Skills for Digital DominanceProven experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in an e-commerce industry.In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.Experience managing Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.Perks Galore: Embrace Advantages, Embrace Success Day 1 HMO coverageCompetitive salary packageDay shift schedulePrime office locationWork life balanceStandard government and Emapta benefits20 annual leaves to be used on your discretionDirect exposure to international clientsRealistic career growth opportunitiesUpskilling through Emapta AcademyDiverse and supportive work environmentWelcome to Emapta Philippines
