Compile Your Tasks: From Sourcing to Screening

  • Leading and mentoring a team composed of 3 Technical Recruiters
  • Capability to analyse Key Performance Indicator
  • Reporting to the Director
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Performing background and reference checks
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Forecasting recruitment budgets
  • Following up invoices
  • Documenting CVs
  • Sending contracts to clients and candidates
  • Market analysis

  • Must have 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience for technical roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, Data Engineer, Tester, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ERP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong eagerness to earn commission
  • Ability to take ownership of becoming the recruitment manager (owning the team)
