JobDescription:

The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for all customer acquisition inThailand across sports and casino products. He or she will be responsible for setting the Acquisition strategy for the business and determining the optimal channel mix to achieve our growth ambitions.

Responsible for the acquisition marketing budget plus bonusing the ideal candidate will have strong demonstrable digital and mobile credentials and an analytical approach to marketing effectiveness, channel growth and optimisation. Understanding current marketing technology solutions is paramount.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Defining the customer acquisition strategy and plans across all marketing channels, leveraging sports calendar, product innovations and customer events
  • Own customer acquisition journeys and KPIs across all products (sports betting, casino, live casino) and channels (desktop, APP, mobile) to first deposit
  • Marketing and promotions budget (and team) planning and management including driving the annual budgeting process
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to design attractive and effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions, aligned with Brand strategy & guidelines
  • Tracking, evaluation and optimization of acquisition marketing effectiveness (ROI), including cross channel effectiveness
  • Developing innovative approaches to scale marketing investment profitably in existing and new markets, balancing direct response and brand marketing initiatives
  • Create tailor-made targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Define and communicate the local market strategy and the product for Thailand whilst conducting regular competitor analysis

The Successful Candidate:

  • 2+ years marketing experience within iGaming organization for Thai Market.
  • Experienced in acquisition strategy
  • Clearly demonstrable expertise of designing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • Quantitative and data driven approach to marketing planning, execution and optimization
  • Managing and leveraging cross-channel effectiveness and marketing attribution models
  • Experience of and passion for gaming and gambling products
  • Strategic and operational thinker able to get hands dirty and excel from the big idea down into the detail
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, ad-technology and customer and prospect data
  • Able to achieve right balance between creativity, analytics and technology
  • Innovative and energetic, with the ability to inspire and lead the creative process and the generation of new ideas
  • Strong knowledge in B2C iGaming Thai Market is required in this role.
