Job Description:

As an Enrollment Specialist at BrainCX, you will be integral in supporting our partnership with a prominent North American healthcare provider. This hybrid role, based out of our Pampanga office, requires you to facilitate the insurance enrollment process for clients in North America. Leveraging BrainCX's advanced technological platforms, you will handle inquiries, assist with enrollment forms, and provide personalized guidance to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This role requires effective communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of insurance enrollment procedures enhanced by our GenAI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with the insurance enrollment process using BrainCX technology, both remotely and onsite.
- Communicate effectively and articulately in English at a C1 level.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients' needs and concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of enrollment forms and documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding insurance coverage options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any enrollment-related issues.
- Participate in coaching, meetings, and team bonding activities onsite.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.

Personality and Skills Requirements:
- Must be confident and able to take initiative to resolve issues with minimal direction.
- Possess a learning personality, continuously seeking to improve performance and adapt to new challenges.

Requirements:
- Residency in Pampanga or willingness to relocate.
- Graduated from a Top Philippines University where Spoken English communication was a priority.
- Fluent in English, with a C1 level proficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a healthcare or insurance client.
- Stable power supply and reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Quality noise-canceling headset.
- Quiet and private workspace at home suitable for remote days.
- Windows PC with minimum 4GB RAM, Intel 1.8 GHz processor, and 500 MB of free disk space.
- Separate 21" monitor if using a laptop.
- Windows 7 Professional or higher.
- Flexibility to work US business hours from 8 AM to 11 PM EST.

Compensation:

  • Salary ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱38,000 monthly, with opportunities for bonuses.
