Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in entering and reviews the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll time data, employee maintenance, new hire, benefits data, and terminated employees for processing.
- Audits payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.
- Handles employee benefits, including orientation, timely enrollment/termination, and auditing/endorsing invoices for payment processing.
- Prepares required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Supports the administration of all employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations.
- Coordinate with the applicable government agencies to manage claims filed or submitted by the employees (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG).

Job Requirements:
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll and Benefits Assistant/Specialist
- Hands-on experience with HR databases and payroll
- Understanding of general human resources/payroll policies and procedures, particularly in the Philippines
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Has shown ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, ability to provide excellent customer service a must.
- Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
