Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also provide technical support and deliver exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing online support
  • Technical Support skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the contact center industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
