Key Responsibilities

Communicating with clients, providing support through emails and phone callsManaging the onboarding of new clientCollaborating with team members regarding status information relating to your clients' projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proficient with Zendesk and SalesforceGreat Customer Service Experience
A driven, self-motivated and positive personalityThe ability to consistently meet and exceed set targetsA highly organised mindset and the ability to manage a large number of projects and client relationships with a positive and proactive attitudeExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teamsA solution-focused mindset and wants the best for the client and the companyIt will be highly regarded if you have an understanding of the digital space, Google products including online reviews, and SaaS productsCan work full time onsite
Office Location: SM North Edsa
Work Schedule:7AM - 4PM Manila Time
