Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Champion (HR Manager) to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on career development.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations in the Philippines.
  • Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Work Setup:

  • Initial hybrid work arrangement until our office in BGC is ready within 1-2 months.
