JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Communications and Marketing (Senior Manager / Director) to lead our Communications and Marketing team. The Head of Communications and Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing strategic communications and marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand, promote its solutions and services, and drive business growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in communications and marketing within the IT industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic communications and marketing plans to promote the company's brand, solutions, and services to target audiences.
  • Lead and manage the Communications and Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, messaging, and positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including website content, sales materials, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute thought leadership and content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Manage media relations and public relations activities, including press releases, media pitches, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inform communications and marketing strategies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 10 years and up experience in communications and marketing roles, with a focus on the IT industry or technology solutions and services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing communications and marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute communications and marketing plans that support organizational goals and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Experience with content marketing, thought leadership, and public relations activities, including media relations and press outreach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, track ROI, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and exploring new ideas and approaches to communications and marketing
  • Must be willing to work in BGC on a hybrid set-up
  • Preferably someone who can start as soon as possible
