Job Description:

Overview: As a Junior HR Operations professional, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. This role involves collaborating with HR team members and other departments to support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required documentation.
  • Support offboarding activities by processing employee terminations, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating the return of company assets.
  1. HR Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
  1. Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
  1. HR Compliance:
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in conducting audits and reviews to identify and address compliance issues.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and situations.
  1. HR Communication:
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, announcements, and policies for distribution to employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee events, training sessions, and workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
