As a Junior Account Executive, you will manage customer accounts and act as a link between the clients and our team. You will be the key contact with your assigned account. Your work will be essential to preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences and addressing them with fruitful advice and services. You should be a good listener with a customer-orientated approach. Your goal is to ensure the continuous development of our business activities and establish our agency as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

Establish good rapport with clients to comprehend their needs and requirements while maintaining good and positive relationships with them as well as the teams involved and third-party suppliers.Listen to suggestions and needs of the clients and communicate them to the internal team of the agencyResearch and learn about the client's industry and business activities to develop effective marketing efforts that suit their targets and goalsCollaborate with the internal team to develop creative and effective campaigns, according to the needs and requirements of the clientsManage the timeline of the internal team and the client to ensure a good flow of the developmentEmploy networking techniques to attract new clientsCreate a detailed breakdown of the deliverables and timelines justifying the cost of the projectUndertake administrative work and keep records of clientsTo actively keep updated with the company's services and workflowTo develop yourself by attending courses, meetings, training, and seminars provided by the companyTo be self-motivated and organizedTo ensure effective customer care skillsA recognition and regard for observing confidentialityThe capacity to work as part of a teamThe capacity to work on one's own initiative and meet timelinesTake responsibility for their own conduct and work with the team cooperativelyPromote cooperation and harmonious relations with the team, third-party suppliers, and clientsQualificationsProven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related positionHas strong client and project management skillsGood understanding of Marketing and Advertising PrinciplesGood knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts, possibly from different industriesA team player with outstanding communication and presentation skillsHas problem-solving and analytical skillsBS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a relevant field Other details:Currently, the team is in a hybrid work setup.Flexible to work at Makati Site if ever neededFlexible to do client meetings onsite if ever requested.Flexible for out-of-town business trips for possible eventsStable Internet ConnectionAt least a 15 MBPS Internet connection is a plus.Can handle internal and external virtual meetingsA laptop will be provided by the company.
