Sales Administrator and Executive - Print and Broadcast

MediaTrack is seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and driving sales for our print and broadcast media offerings. This remote position will report directly to the CEO and encompass a comprehensive range of administrative and sales support tasks. The primary work schedule will be mostly in the Mid Shift time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with generating leads and establishing contact with businesses that may be interested in our print and broadcast offerings through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and help prepare the CEO for meetings with potential clients to present products or services.
  • Follow up with leads to provide additional information, address concerns, and nurture client relationships as directed by the CEO.
  • Sales Process & Reporting:
    • Manage the sales pipeline progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines in collaboration with the CEO.
    • Generate reports and analyze sales data to support the CEO in making informed sales decisions.
    • Assist the CEO in meeting or exceeding yearly sales quotas

Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Manage communication channels and ensure timely responses to inquiries related to sales.
  • Schedule follow up with potential and existing clients via phone and email, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Project Management:

  • Assist with the logistics of large and complex print and broadcast projects.
  • Prepare contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and completed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably for B2B sales in the IT or media industry.
  • Proven experience supporting executives and managing complex administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, particularly within a midshift work schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Proficient in CRM software, Google Workspace Suite, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
