  • Prepares daily Itinerary schedules and its corresponding activities.
  • Makes follow up on all pending transaction such as bidding sales negotiations, product presentation/orientation and other corporate requirements.
  • Conducts after sales to customers to promote good image.
  • Responsible for the immediate response to any corporate inquiry, concern and problem encountered.
  • Assists and participates in the store program and goals for corporate sales activities.
  • Responsible for the proper information to the store concerned for any corporate activities within their area.
  • Responsible for the preparation of cash advances and liquidation.
  • Attends products orientations and seminars.
  • Prepares and submits report as needed.
  • Responsible for the confidentiality of records from unauthorized person or inspection.
  • Follows strictly the company policies, rules and regulations and Code of Conduct established by
the company.

  • Manages the preparation and maintenance of a record and reports.
  • Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of his/her area.
  • Always practice 5's activity.
  • Responsible and accountable all machinery, tools and equipment issued by the company in performing his/her job.
  • Recommends and makes inter-relationship with other department in formulating company systems and
procedures.
