Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling customer complaints from internal customers as well as external customers.2. Receives, logs, monitors and reports all complaints received via phone calls, letters, and/or email 3. Conduct initial problem diagnostics and provide first-level assistance to complaints received.4. Forward reported complaints to the appropriate party for its resolution.5. Monitoring all reported complaints unit its final resolution.6. Maintains and updates complaints log.7. Prepares periodic status reports of all reported complaints.8. Adheres to company policies and procedures.9. Adheres to Technology and Operations policies and procedures.10. Adheres to Information Security policies and procedures.11. Performs other duties that may be required by supervising head.
