The Preboarding Specialist role involves supporting talent acquisition through pre-hire and post-hire tasks as a key member of Cielo's internal Bridge Team. This team excels in background verification, referencing, drug checks, and onboarding processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor candidate orders efficiently.
• Ensure compliance in background and drug reports.
• Conduct welcome calls and emails to all candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
• Assist vendors with necessary checks.
• Oversee candidate onboarding tasks for timely completion.
• Participate in developing client audit procedures and auditing candidate orders.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience:

• At least one year of experience in a business or office setting with customer service and administrative skills.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook and Excel.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
