Job Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to client communications within the owner's email, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups
Prepare pre-call summaries and draft pre-engagement emails to optimize client interactions.
Summarise meetings, outlining clear next steps and action items.
Monitor call recordings to extract key points and identify sales opportunities and client needs.
Maintain and explore client relationships through the HubSpot CRM to identify potential upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement opportunities.
Participate in daily morning briefings with the Managing Director to align on daily goals and tasks.
Assist in managing the owner's LinkedIn profile, crafting posts and engagements in the owner's tone of voice.
Proactively manage lost or dormant accounts engage and uncover new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and writing skills, able to adopt the tone of the company's Managing Director.
Familiarity with administrative and executive support tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
At least 3 years of working experience as an executive assistant or support role is required.
Familiarity with sales environments and client relationship management.
