Job Summary:


The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales goals, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a well-organized store, and staying knowledgeable about products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide personalized assistance and information on products and services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Sales:
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product features, specifications, and stock availability.
Attend training sessions to keep up with new products and sales techniques.
Share product information and recommendations with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Replenish stock and maintain displays according to company standards.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments.

Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer service.
Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
Follow all cash handling and transaction processes accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications:

Education:
Senior high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
