About Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions, the data and analytics division of inter-broker dealer TP ICAP, is a leading global provider of OTC Market Data. From pre to post trade, their solutions help clients manage complex markets more effectively. In May 2022, the firm became an FCA authorized benchmark administrator. This license has allowed the company to take on administration of the nine TP ICAP interest rate swaps benchmarks that were previously administered by Moorgate Benchmarks. In April 2023, the firm was also approved as an ESMA authorised benchmark administrator, making it the first IDB to administer OTC benchmarks and indices across Europe and the UK.

Role Overview:

The role sits within the Business Operations team in the Parameta Solutions division. The Operations Change Management Supervisory Support will support the Business Operations and Benchmarks Supervisory Manager to deliver effective operational change within the Parameta Solutions division. The successful candidate will ensure operational changes are implemented efficiently, along with the opportunity and scope to influence and change best practices across the division.

The Operations Change Management Supervisory Support will assist with the ongoing surveillance of Benchmarks and Indices across the Parameta Solutions division. The successful candidate will ensure that Benchmark regulation is adhered to in line with regulatory requirements globally.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and monitoring effective Change Management solutions across the Parameta Solutions division
  • Testing and building Business process Management (BPM)/Quality assurance tooling along with suggesting/monitoring improvements, and administration
  • Implementation of BPM workflows and ensuring sign offs from key stakeholders
  • Point of contact for 'Vendor due Diligence requests' on behalf of the Parameta Solutions division
  • Operational support, including monitoring of Parameta Solutions benchmark and indices products and processes
  • Development of operational processes and the implementation of automation where appropriate
  • Testing and validating of operational processes within test and live environments
  • Documenting processes and ensuring relevant signoffs
  • Ensuring operational key risks are identified and resolved with appropriate actions with key stakeholders within the division.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders within the Parameta Solutions division and the wider group to ensure change is rolled out effectively with minimal impact
  • Additional responsibilities as identified by the Operations Supervisory Manager
