Database Development & Administration (Information & Communication Technology)

  • Maintains various databases to support daily processing of accounts
  • Supplies information and data required for performance rating, incentive computation, report purposes
  • Assists the Product Manager in lead generation activities
  • Prepares management information system (MIS) reports

3. TASKS
  • Keeps a master list of accounts in AMD's portfolio with relevant data based on the Global Portfolio Report and other reports
  • Maintains the file of Account Specialist (AS) Portfolio Load and monitors re-tagging of accounts of resigned AS and/or redistribution of accounts for equitable distribution and/or assignment of untouched accounts
  • Coordinates with other departments on reconciliation of accounts and account status
  • Supplies information and data required for performance evaluation rating (PER), incentive computation, reports purposes
  • Requests data extract from Information Technology Department (ITD) and prepares the downloaded extract into databases or reports to be used in monthly production and closed accounts, capacity report
  • Consolidates the monthly production reports to be used by Managers and Head as sources for the monthly PER preparation
  • Prepares the final schedule of fieldwork activities as provided by PM
  • Consolidates the fieldwork reports
  • Monitors and follow-ups liquidation of expenses on fieldwork activities
  • Print letters for regular lead generation activities and promos
  • Creates, maintains and updates various databases required for report preparation
  • Gathers data and prepares presentation material for the monthly Key Result Area (KRA) presentation of AMD
  • Prepares special reports relating to AMD as may be requested by other departments
  • Updates daily own capacity reports, prepares and submits monthly own capacity summary report
  • Act as back-up of Administrative Assistant
