Job Description

  • End to end AU payroll including compliance PAYG, payroll tax, and super ○ Process US payroll through the HR partner platform
  • Preparation AU BAS compliance
  • Periodic International sales tax reporting
  • Ownership of EOM process inc. SaaS revenue recognition process
  • Support with annual audit, annual tax return (AU and US)
  • Preparation of Annual ESS (employee share plan)
  • Support the team with special project and ad hoc request

Qualifications

  • Background in finance role within SaaS AU company between 3 - 5 years ○ AU payroll experience 4 - 6 years. Familiar with STP and ATO portal management
  • Experience managing end to end EOM with foreign entity
  • Proficient in Xero, Google application (Gmail, Google group)
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Mosaic
  • Multi-tasker, proactive, highly analytical and critical thinking
  • Local CA/CPA is ideal

Work Location

  • Permanent Home based
  • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
  • Should have own laptop/pc (minimum of i5 8GB minimum)

Working Schedule

  • Permanent Remote
  • Monday to Friday | 7AM to 4PM PH Time
