Travel isn't necessary; all you need is a fervent drive and meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you will engage with users through chat and email channels, providing them with assistance and resolving their inquiries effectively. Your role will also entail ensuring quality assurance, maintaining high standards in service delivery to uphold customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to continuously learn and enhance your skill set, staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in customer support to better serve our client's users.

Setting the Beat of Your Future Role:

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (Shifting)

Work Setup: Hybrid, Ortigas (onsite then transition to hybrid)

Salary: PHP 25,000 to 40,000

Track Masters: Your Role

  • Interacting with users by chat and email.
  • Quality assurance.

Your Pitch-Perfect Skills:

  • With 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a sound/audio engineer.
  • With experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles).
  • With working knowledge of recording software (DAW) and hardware (e.g. Pro Tools).
  • Tech-savvy. Solution-oriented.
  • Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems.
  • Quick learner and loves it.
  • With high level of empathy.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly flexible for schedule changes: Hybrid working schedule.
  • With a minimum of 30 MBPS internet speed when working from home.
  • With a degree in audio/sound engineering, audio recording program, or theater arts focusing on audio/sound, and or a related field is a plus.
