The Talent Development Manager shall provide the overall management of the Talent Development Department by ensuring timely, efficient, and successful implementation of training programs and activities, hospital-wide through continuous needs analysis, designing, conducting, and evaluating training interventions to leadership and top talent.

KEY FUNCTIONS

  • Develops and implements the leadership programs
  • Directs and finalizes training plan and schedule for programs and activities
  • Oversees the department's operations to contribute to the vision of the organization
  • Supervises and reviews training policies and procedures and makes recommendations if there are necessary changes

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science Psychology / Behavioral Science / any related course
  • 5-8 years in Corporate training field
  • minimum of 3 years in managerial / leadership role
