PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • The Operations Manager will oversee all operations, ensuring effective and successful management of labor, productivity, and quality control.
  • This role is pivotal in enhancing operational procedures, systems, and principles in areas such as information flow, business processes, and management reporting.
  • The manager will also carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with EZY Group's policies.
  • This position is crucial for the effective management and successful operation of the department, contributing to the overall mission and objectives of Mortgage Ezy.
KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Management

  • Provide inspired leadership and foster a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee hiring objectives, create job descriptions, and manage staffing levels.
  • Select, train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline employees.
  • Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job
contributions.

  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures.
Operational Excellence

  • Enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow, management, and business processes.
  • Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Analyze process workflows, employee, and space requirements.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to drive organizational goals.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, ensuring resolution and improving the customer experience.
Staff and Performance Management

  • Manage staff levels, wages, and hours.
  • Review and approve all incentive invoices, ensuring timely submission for payment.
  • Oversee all department managers and supervisors, with approval responsibility for all operations employees.
Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate all operating policies and issues during department meetings.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading
professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

  • Prepare management reports and enhance management reporting systems.
Continuous Improvement

  • Identify trends and complete audits to resolve problems and enhance operations.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Accomplish organizational goals by completing related results as needed
