Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator at Emotive, you will be responsible for enhancing our company's Salesforce instance and supporting all Salesforce users across our go-to-market teams. You'll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. An ideal candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform and with the Salesforce Lightning user interface.
How You Will Contribute:- You'll have ownership over the development, configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of SFDC
- Liaise with both technical and functional team members to plan, deploy, and support new customer relationship management (CRM) functions and related tools, working together to enhance technology solutions.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).
- Manage the integration of applications connected to
- Identify process gaps and implement process changes.
- Manage data migration and deployment, data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup.
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Admin, ideally you have experience using Lightening (SFDC Admin certification is highly preferred)
- You work well in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new sales technology
- Experience with sales, service, and marketing automation tools
- General knowledge of third-party applications such as Hubspot, Salesloft, Chilipiper, and Excel
