Finance and Accounting Head

The Finance and Accounting Head role involves not only accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing, but it also involves financial functions including but not limited to budget projection, financial investments, financial statements, and working with the COO and President to make sure that the company's funds are stable and assisting with any budget cuts that become necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports to the COO and President
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations and transactions of finance department concerning receivables, payables, inventory, disbursement, treasury, and credit and collection
  • Maintains the highest level of trust and confidence in the finance department
  • Ensures all finance-related records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Managing and monitoring financial investments
  • Implementing instruction by the COO or President concerning financial investments
  • Performs reportorial requirements and documentation for financial investments
  • Supervise, assist, guide, coach, discipline, motivate and evaluate team member's performance
  • Responsible for creating controls to avoid and/or minimize operating costs
  • Creates, reviews, and revises department policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Trains team members and implements team company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Prepares management reports. Complies with company policies and procedures
  • Performs team member's duties and responsibilities when deemed necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA.
  • With at least 8 years experience as Finance Head preferably in a Real Estate Industry.
  • Has good leadership and management skills.
  • Analytical, good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable with all Finance and Accounting functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other Accounting Software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php80,000.00 per month
