Buy Box Experts is looking for a Brand Growth Project Manager to join its team The ideal candidate has background in Amazon, project management and planning/inventory management. Working for a fast-paced and growing company makes this position an exciting opportunity

How you will achieve success:
  • Providing timely and accurate operational support, project management of tasks and coordinating with all departmentsand constantly monitoring key metrics
  • Maintaining overall Seller Account Health, filing tickets on Amazon Seller Central, calling Amazon Seller Support
  • Performing ad hoc tasks requested by the Account Manager
  • Creating project ticket, monitoring progress and collaborate with stakeholders, updating monthly Creative Optimization Schedule or COS, consolidate and/or create standardized reports which are: daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Inventory management that may include forecasting, shipment creation and reconciliation
What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Required:
  • Amazon seller and vendor central related background; excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing project activities, and the ability to adapt to changes
  • Intermediate knowledge of G Suite and Google Applications (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.), Slack, JIRA
  • Ability to handle Amazon cases, monitor overall seller/vendor central account
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with other sales channels such asWayfair, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, and others would be a bonus
  • Familiarity with shipping processes and logistics / Inventory management on Amazon.
  • Knowledgeable in using JIRA tool management, Slack and google applications
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
