We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator (Programmes and Change) to join the Transformation Team in Manila. You will provide a range of administrative support functions to the Transformation Team - a unit within Business Performance in our International Education business stream - to ensure that projects are conducted according to project methodology.

Please note that this role will be expected to work UK-time office hours.

What will you do as an Administrative Coordinator (Programmes and Change)?

You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support functions to the Transformation Team to ensure that projects are conducted according to project methodology (e.g. using set principles, tools and techniques).

Communications with Project and Programme Managers, Strategic Alignment, Business Testing and Product Owners within the Transformation Team will be key, so strong English communication skills will make you successful in this role.

This is a varied role where you will be expected to use initiative, work with minimal supervision and prioritise your own workload.

You will also be expected to:

  • Assist with the preparation of project documents and reports, such as templates, project status reports and Power BI reports.
  • Work with Transformation Team members to ensure key data sets, such as project resources and risks and issues, are regularly updated and maintained using Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Provide support within the Transformation Team, such as arranging meetings, logging training requests, sending reminders and assisting with queries.
  • Support the Transformation Team to simplify existing processes and identify potential areas of improvement.

  • Proven administrative/support experience, preferably in a project environment. Please highlight in your application where you have experience of working in a project environment.
  • High standard of spoken and written English and good communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SharePoint experience and knowledge.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. risk and issue management) is a plus.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup and UK working hours.
