Job Summary:
The Administrative Support and Contract Specialist will be reporting to the head of branding and will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the branding team, managing contracts, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operation of branding activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of branding principles.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Provide daily administrative support to the branding team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other branding-related documents.
Maintain and organize branding files, both physical and digital.
Contract Management
Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and regulations.
Maintain a contract database and track key dates, deliverables, and renewals.
Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to facilitate contract approvals.
Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for branding vendors and service providers.
Coordinate vendor meetings, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Project Coordination with internal branding team and external teams
Assist in the planning and execution of branding projects and campaigns.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Provide logistical support for branding events and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Branding, or a related field in sports betting or gaming industry.
Excellent emotional quotient and compartmentalizing ability to handle stress and time-pressured project coordination.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in administrative support, preferably within a branding or marketing environment.
Proven experience in contract management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with contract management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
