Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security & Facilities Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's facilities and security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and efficiency of our physical infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all company facilities.
  • Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components, are functioning efficiently and are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other facilities-related projects.
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Security Management:
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and company property.
  • Manage security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Oversee security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all facilities-related equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and condition of stock.
  • Emergency Response:
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, including fire, natural disasters, and security breaches.
  • Conduct regular emergency drills and training sessions for employees.
  • Serve as the point of contact for emergency services and coordinate response efforts as needed.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the facilities and security budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising safety or quality.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting facilities and security operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities and security management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and security protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Paid training

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bacolod, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
