  • TL for the site Concierge and Maintenance team.
  • Supervision for construction, renovation, and expansion related projects.
  • Directly coordinate with procurement in terms of bidding/negotiation, costing, procurement of construction materials needed for the project.
  • Ensure 100% completion of each project as scheduled.
  • Admin and Facilities related documentation and reports.
  • Support and implement Operations and Account Management related projects.
  • Responsible to any LGU/PEZA related requirements
  • Proper utilities management to reduce the carbon footprint
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
  • Interact with staff, landlords, suppliers and visitors as needed
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance of the building
  • Order and maintain stock in relation to the facilities management service provision
  • Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Other tasks assigned by the BU TL and Admin & Facilities Head.
  • Ensure that All Concierge and Cleaners have atleast 30% varied Job Activities
  • Achieve a 7 out 10 rating in 360 degree Review
  • Engage with a coffee chat with All Concierge and Cleaners once a month
  • Ensure that all concierge and facilities Staff have access to Cloudstaff mobile Applications and Cloudstaff Google Accounts AT ALL TIMES
  • Ensure that all concierge and facilities are registered with Buzz and verified every 90 days
  • Ensure that, in the event of a DR/Incident concierge and facilities have access to Load and mobile data within 30 minutes of the Event
  • Draw requested floor plans by the Admin and Facilities Head in 3D
  • Ensure 100% ISO compliance
  • Render 3D file requested by the BU TL and Admin and Facilities Head
  • Adhere to all company initiated software and application usage
  • Adhere to the Policies and Guidelines of the company
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Engineer/Architect, preferably Electrical Engineer.
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Must be proficient in Sketch up and Rendering applications
  • Must have experience in handling manpower
  • Proficient in Google Workplace Applications and MS Office
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Work from office
  • Physically fit to work
  • Must have good communication skills in both oral and written
  • Must know how to use sketchup , autocad and rendering
