Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course
• With at least 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology
• With at least 5-10 years of experience in managerial level
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City (Monday-Friday)
• Preferably with experience working in Card Manufacturing, Security Printing and Data Personalization Industry

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing IT staff, monitoring IT systems and networks, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring IT services are delivered in a timely and reliable manner
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, allocating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget
• Establish and manage IT service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's IT assets, data, and systems from security threats and breaches
• Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on IT expenditures
• Establish and manage relationships with IT vendors and partners
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's IT strategy, aligning IT initiatives with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other departments and business units to understand their technology needs, priorities, and requirements

Philippine Spark Security Infoplant Corporation (PSSIC) is a security printing, secured research & development hub, card manufacturing and personalization plant located at Carthel Compound, McArthur Highway, San Vicente, San Manuel, Tarlac. With a total of developable area of 16 hectares, 24/7 security and only authorized personnel can have access to the most advanced technologies in manufacturing & printing, free from traffic, flood and other common tropical conditions that may disrupt business operations. The Plant has the highest physical and information security standards and will be the largest card manufacturing and personalization plant and security printing facility in the country.
