Kudosity is seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect to new customers and contribute to growing our new business logos in the APAC market.

Department overview

Our Commercial team includes: Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support. The team collaboratively strives to achieve our ambitious aspirations for scaling our business.

•Increase revenue growth: new customer acquisition, identifying new market segments and opportunities to significantly expand our customer base.


•Enhance existing customer engagement, building lasting relationships with our customers to help them gain maximum value from our products and services.


•Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently, reducing downtime and enhancing overall product reliability.

How you'll make an impact

We're looking for a sales hunter to join our established new business team and develop leads for new solutions outside of our core customers across Australia and at an international level. This includes researching and mapping out target industries, cold calling prospects, qualifying business needs, and discussing the value of Kudosity's SMS use-cases and benefits in alignment with our Business Development team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kudosity, you'll be instrumental in contributing to Kudosity's growth trajectory for new business. Collaborating closely with the Senior Business Development Manager you'll play a pivotal role in identifying new leads and fostering the expansion of Kudosity's sales pipeline by booking meetings for the Senior Business Development Manager.

What you'll do


•Planning and mapping out industry verticals and target companies with the Senior Business Development Manager.


•Conducting research and developing outreach materials tailored for high-priority prospects, building relationships and ultimately providing qualified leads to the Sales team.


•Qualifying Marketing leads and potential customers through outbound calling.


•Updating all daily activity and contacts within the Salesforce CRM, ensure all data capture and logging processes are adhered to and always up to date.


•Learn our SMS platform products, processes, features, benefits, pricing & market conditions inside and out. This includes gaining a high level of knowledge on Telco carrier networks and message termination of SMS, MMS and RCS messaging, as well as early insights into social platform messaging.

What you'll bring


•High-level knowledge of a range of industries, including but not limited to Retail, Public Service, eCommerce, etc.


•Prior experience working with or understanding of businesses in the Australia / New Zealand market and into APAC.


•Confidence, conviction and comfort in conversations with business owners, marketing managers and IT managers.


•A track record of top performance or prior success.


•Experience using a CRM (Salesforce).


•A collaborative and coachable mindset and a drive to constantly self improve.


•A personal interest in all things technology and a high conviction view on trends in the market.


•An entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset is highly regarded.


•Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written skills.


•A relevant Degree qualification would be looked upon favourably.
