Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management,
or related fields is preferred.

  • Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly
within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a
customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere, with outstanding
organizational skills, a competitive spirit, and an energetic attitude.

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that
address customer needs effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams.

  • Amenable to reporting onsite and willing to work different shifts as needed to
ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads to fuel our sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound calls and represent the company with utmost professionalism,
effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.

  • Utilize to manage leads and sales activities efficiently, ensuring
accurate and up-to-date client information.

  • Address customer inquiries promptly, providing relevant information to kickstart
or advance the sales process.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all call activities in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy
and clarity.

  • Adhere to departmental standards for quality, consistently delivering exceptional
service to potential clients.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving
sales targets and optimizing conversion rates.

  • Meet defined productivity goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach to lead
generation and appointment setting.

  • Follow weekly schedules and adapt to schedule changes based on call volume
and business needs.

  • Secure appointments and diligently follow up on leads, facilitating the progression
of sales opportunities.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments, providing valuable insights to enhance our sales efforts.

  • Generate regular reports on sales activities and results, offering transparent
insights to management for informed decision-making.
