Fishstone Solutions Inc. is looking for Vice President for Table Games for one of its clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance table game operations and financial results.
  • Establish a culture of excellence and teamwork by leading and mentoring a group of supervisors and managers of table games.
  • Collaborate with gaming operations to ensure efficient staffing, game selection, and table layout.
  • Examine player preferences and gaming trends to improve table game performance and increase player engagement.
  • Monitor table game performance metrics, including drop, hold percentage, and labor efficiency.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns and events for table games to draw in and keep participants.
  • Implement responsible gaming practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage labor costs, expenses, and budgets for table games in order to meet financial goals.
  • Develop connections with important parties, such as industry partners and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in table game operations and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an integrated resort casino environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership in table games operations within the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Experience in revenue optimization and performance analysis for table games.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in casino management systems and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with player tracking systems and loyalty programs.
  • Strong network and relationships within the gaming industry.
