Job descriptionWe are seeking a Client Services Staff to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a client-facing staff in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Virtual Assistant (VA) setting.

Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client services role in a BPO or VA setup.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate client records.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving client issues, and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up to date with the company's products and services to effectively address client questions and concerns.

SalaryBasic Salary
  • Php 16,000.
