Weekends offSkills & Qualifications: HR Core / HR Operations / HR Outsourcing experience is a must.

Global Payroll experience of more than 12 years (Australia and Chile are larger countries and domain expertise will be preferred in these first followed by the US, Canada, UK, APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines), etc.)SAP ERP knowledge of the HR Payroll moduleUnderstanding of employee life cycle, employee data change transactions, and Payroll processing till compliance reporting & submissionWorked in a Global Multi-country environment.

Prior Managerial experience in handling teams sizes of more than 70 FTEsPrior experience working on Payroll Outsourcing and shared services.
