● Supports the Chief People Officer (CPO) in prioritizing, preparing for, and executing all external engagements

● Provide support in terms of placements and material for all HRLT and HR members, to ensure consistency and relevance of strategic messages externally.

● Co-lead internal HR events that require strategic messaging and cascading

● Develop design thinking strategies for the HR Team to encourage the organization to focus on customer-centricity, services and internal processes

● Work in coordination with the stakeholders to execute design thinking within teams and departments

● Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background – Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or business courses
  • Years of Work Experience – 8+ years related experience
  • Experience and proven track record in Strategy management

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
