About the job:
Role: Data /Quality Assurance Analyst
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | 10 AM to 7 PM Philippine Time
Salary Range: US$ 1, US$ 1,500.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)

About the Role:

As a Data & Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will span data collection, quality control, AI content review, and more. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and automation tools while contributing to a valuable information resource.

The Data & Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the Founder, with a dotted line to the Chief Technology Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Company Research: Utilize web research and data entry tools to gather and verify company information.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data through meticulous quality checks.
  • AI Integration:
    • Review and refine content generated by AI algorithms, helping to optimize their performance.
    • Craft and improve prompts used to guide AI data collection and content creation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Utilize web scraping and data extraction tools to efficiently gather information.
    • Gain basic familiarity with the backend operations of our client's content management system.
    • Possess a willingness to learn and apply basic Excel formulas for data analysis.
  • Content Review:
    • Perform quality control on AI-generated blog posts, ensuring they meet publication standards.
    • Proofread and edit written content and documentation to maintain high quality.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in data (data entry, research), especially working with large datasets.
  • Ideally familiar with the world of startups and/or venture capital investment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks like data collection, data quality, data entry, data research.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI and automation technologies.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a "get things done" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment.
