Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.Maintain and organize documentation, reports, and records.Independently manage the processing of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll information.Act as the primary liaison for employee concerns Assist in servicing concernsHandle billings for professional and personal expenses, ensuring prompt payment processing.Consolidate and validate financial reports for accuracy and completeness.Responsible for verifying inventory reportsManage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts as needed.Facilitate the processing and submission of necessary documentation to regulatory bodies/ government agencies.Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Keep employees informed about changes in procedures or operations.Coordinate and execute personal tasks and errands for the general manager.Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency – propose and implement process enhancements to optimize workflows.
Requirements:
  1. At least a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  4. Ability to multitask efficiently.
  5. Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is beneficial.
  8. Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
