Job Description

  • Collaborates with the Operations Director and Director of Account Management to actively engage in and carry out Weekly Business Reviews.
  • Works closely with Operations and Account Management Directors to establish key performance indicator (KPI) priorities.
  • Creates detailed progress plans to monitor the advancement of essential KPIs concerning employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Conducts thorough statistical analysis and root-cause investigations to pinpoint existing and potential obstacles impacting the targeted KPIs.
  • Collaborates with Operations and Account Management teams to devise effective solutions for the issues identified in the analysis. Leads the execution of these solutions through project management.
  • Evaluates and quantifies the effectiveness of the implemented solutions, offering visual representations such as bridge charts and forecasts to showcase improvements.
  • Assesses and confirms the influence of the bridge plan solutions on the KPIs.
  • Develops systematic audit and control procedures for the established solutions and operations.
  • Records and disseminates optimal methodologies among other Continuous Improvement Advocates.
  • Establishes and enforces standardized processes across the organization as part of the Project Plan strategies.
  • Guides KPI Champions and Site Data Analysts on statistical analysis, problem-solving techniques, project management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • May be assigned additional relevant duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Makati Onsite Night shift
Requires minimum of 1 year experience in continuous/process improvement or business excellence within a BPO environment.
Minimum requirement: Yellow Belt certification.
