Responsibilities

Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS

Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers

Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization

'Support Continuous Improvement
Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or any related course is a plus

• Dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan

Ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role

Has self initiative but understands the role as an integrated team role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites especially on Excel, Word and Powerpoint
