  • 5 years as a scrum master for software development teams
  • You are someone who thrives in a collaborative work culture
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent teams with multiple concurrent projects
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing Agile at scale
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Release management and coordination activities experience
  • Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
  • Open to work on hybrid work set up (2x per week).
  • Amenable in Paseo De Roxas, Makati City.
  • Work schedule: Morning shift (7:00AM - 4PM)

Job de ion:
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Agile Delivery Lead combines both scrum master responsibilities with product iteration planning and project coordination activities required for successful and smooth running of an Agile scrum squad. The role leads multiple cross-functional agile teams acting as a champion of the agile framework. The Agile Delivery Lead builds and defines a culture that embraces continuous improvement and strives for excellence. Key to this role is the hands on involvement in delivery as appropriate to ensure agile team goals and deliverables are met.
Drive and champion the agile framework 50%
  • Coaching multiple squads on self[1]organization and how to use Agile/Scrum values.
  • Utilise the agile framework to foster a high delivery environment that allows teams to operate unencumbered.
  • Effectively facilitate scrum squad ceremonies and activities for multiple teams, including scaled agile collaboration
  • Determine and implement improvement strategies to drive the agile teams to continuously improve their velocity and remove unnecessary tasks from the squad teams.
  • Help to remove impediments from the squads
  • Facilitate squad discussion, decision making, and help to resolve conflicts.
Product Iteration Planning 30%
  • With input from the Product Managers for project and roadmap priorities as well as the Development Leads, coordinate and schedule the work going into the squads for:
  • Project work
  • Product Roadmap features
  • Defects
  • Technical changes
  • Risk & compliance work
  • Other Business as Usual (BAU) work such as DR testing, priority production incidents and ad hoc PVT testing
  • Assist with the management of delivering releases
  • Support the Product Manager with grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Building Effective Relationships 20%
  • Work effectively with the Product Managers, Development Team Leaders and Project Managers for management of deliverables in the scrum teams.
  • Support the Chief Delivery Officer, Head of Engineering and Development Leads in leading and mentoring the development and QA teams to build a positive culture focused on continuous improvement.
Other Corporate Responsibilities (As required)
  • Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Group policies and procedures, which includes attendance at related compulsory training sessions.
  • Any other reasonable and relevant duties delegated by the CDO from time to time.
