Job Description:

  • Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing to providing feedback and negotiating offers.
  • Interview potential employees to determine if they would be a good fit for the organization's culture and needs
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Responsible for arranging and conducting interviews and implementing screening assessments
  • Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
