The Job

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Source and screen candidates.
  • Conduct exams, initial interviews, and endorse candidates to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers and issue training agreements and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate HR orientations and act as a company advocate to identify sources of candidates.
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure timely recruitment reports.
  • Manage pre-employment requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 6 months of working experience in volume, executive, and technical hiring, preferably in the BPO/Fintech industry.
  • Must have strong recruitment, sourcing, and HR business partnering skills.
  • Must be proficient in English and Filipino.
  • Must be able to start immediately and work in Kalaw, Manila and Makati.
